Training & development

We undertake stringent quality checks on all our consultants to ensure they meet our high standard of qualification and experience. We use our internal network and external referees to qualify our consultants education record, skills and experience. Job descriptions are prepared for each available position and qualifications are reviewed upon hire to ensure that the consultants assigned match the needs of our clients and the individual assignments prior to engagement.

We encourage our consultants to develop their personal and professional skills on an ongoing basis. We offer advice and support in terms of finding and in some cases funding attendance at technical training courses, industry conferences and language skills workshops. We also offer our consultants a programme of social events and seminars throughout the year to support their networking activities.
