Framework Agreements

Through framework agreements Ross Offshore ensures a close and long-term cooperation with customers, employees and consultants. 

Framework agreement customers will have the management and administration's highest focus.  The Operations Manager is overall Framework agreement responsible, and in addition a dedicated Key Account Manager is appointed to serve each Framework agreement customer.     

Total number of consultants delivered under framework agreements increased from 5 in 2003 to 74 in 2008. 

For 2008, Ross Offshore had a response rate of 80% on our frame agreements.

We have established exclusive framework agreements with several leading companies. These framework agreements enable us to create long-term, successful relationships with our clients and give our consultants continuity of service and professional security. 

Framework agreement clients are the management and administration team’s highest priority.  Our Operations Manager has overall responsibility for the management of each Framework agreement. In addition a dedicated Key Account Manager is appointed to serve each Framework agreement client.    

The total number of consultants performing duties through framework agreements increased from only 5 in 2003 to 74 in 2008. 

In 2008, Ross Offshore achieved a renewal rate of 80% on existing framework agreements.
