Framework agreement with A/S Norske Shell

 The framework agreement is for the provision of subsea professional manpower. The consultants from Ross Offshore will work on different projects in the Shell organization, and will all be allocated to subsea activity. 

 -This is a significant expansion of an already existing relationship between A/S Norske Shell and Ross Offshore, and we are pleased to collaborate with such an important contributor to the Norwegian oil industry says CEO of Ross Offshore, Peder Sortland. 

 - The terms and conditions of the contract shall apply from November 2011. Duration of the agreement is 3 years   (optional 1 + 1 year).
