Organisation

Ross Offshore operates from four offices located in Sandefjord, Bergen, Stavanger and Copenhagen (associated company Ross Engineering AS). The company headquarters are located in Sandefjord, Norway. All technical projects and activities are managed and delivered from this office.

The company comprises eleven members of staff and more than 100 employees and consultants. The focus of the team is to service the needs of clients with established framework agreements.

The employee and consultant team consists of 20 G&G and sub-surface professionals, 50 drilling & well professionals, 30 subsea professionals and 10 HSE&Q professionals. All members of the team have a strong technical and academic background and more than 70 hold a Bachelor, Master or PhD degree.     

The company also has an Advisory Board comprising six highly experienced professionals who contribute technical know-how and business development skills, complementing our project staff capabilities.  Members of the advisory board also provide advice and consulting to ongoing projects and activities.
