Erik Rynning - Managing Director

Erik holds a Bachelor in Offshore and Mechanical engineering from Heriott Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland and has been working in the Offshore business since 1993, in among others Schlumberger, BW Offshore and Nexans. His work experience includes a broad variety of tasks from installation, manufacturing and operations to business development and management.

Erik joined Ross Offshore January 2010, and is responsible for the management of the company.

Alfhild Skårnes  - Interim Business Unit Manager Consultancy

Alfhild holds a Cand.real in Geophysics and has more than 25 years experience in the Oil and Gas industry. She has worked as a Geophysicist in Exploration and Production Technology, as Exploration Manager in Namibia and Project Leader for Exploration Operations in the North Sea, Norwegian Sea and Barents Sea.

She was employed by Norsk Hydro from 1982 and by StatoilHydro until she joined PTG Consulting AS in 2008. From July 2009 Alfhild has been employed by Ross Offshore as a Senior Adviser in Field Development with a responsibility for Business Development

Alfhild also manages all Ross Offshore consultancy contracts and framework agreements.

Jørgen L. Jørgensen  - Business Unit Manager Field Development

Jørgen holds a MSc in Petroleum Technology and has more than 10 years experience working within productnion technology, flow assurance, field development and reservoir optimization of fields in production.

He was employed with Norsk Hydro until 2006, when he joined Ross Offshore as a production technology consultant on contract to Statoil on their Gullfaks field. In 2008, Jørgen joined Ross Offshore as Operations Manager, and now work on internal Field Development projects.

Tom Arbøll - Business Unit Manager Drilling Management

Tom holds an MSc in Chemical Engeneering and Petroleum Technology. He has more than15 years experience working within project/licence management and coordination of petroleum technology, plus eight years experience as a financial analyst of oil services, drilling and oil companies.

From 1982 until 1997, he worked with Norsk Hydro Oil & Gas, Gjensidige and DnBNOR, and thereafter as a consultant for CO2 transport and geological storage projects. From 2009 Tom has been employed as Operation manager of Drilling management projects in Ross Offshore.
