Significant growth
Over the last six years, the company has experienced significant growth. Revenue has increased from MNOK 23 in 2003 to MNOK 214 in 2008.  In recognition of this achievement, the company received DN's Gaselle Award for the seventh year in a row.  

Subsea Technology Group
The Subsea Technology Group AS (STG) is the main shareholder in Ross Offshore AS holding 70% of the shares. Formed in April 2008 STG comprises Bennex AS, Poseidon Group AS and Altra Energy Ltd as well as Ross Offshore AS. The combined companies have more than 465 employees and revenues of MNOK 850 in 2008.  HitecVision AS holds the majority of the shares in STG through its fund HitecVision Private Equity IV.
