Ross Offshore as
Ross Offshore as it is today is the result of a merger between
Odfjell Well Management and «old» Ross Offshore in the summer of
2011. Odfjell Drilling own 40 per cent of the company, Subsea
Technology Group (which is majority-owned by HitecVision IV) owns
40 per cent and the remainder is held by minority shareholders and
management.
The company is registered at Jåttåvågveien 7, Stadionblokk C, 4020
Stavanger. Ross has almost 100 employees and over 100 consultants.
Turnover is approx NOK 500 mll.
