Ross Offshore today is the result of a merger between Odfjell Well Management and «old» Ross Offshore in the summer of 2011. The company is owned 40% by Odfjell Drilling and 40% by Subsea Technology Group (who in turn is majority owned by HitecVision IV), the balance is held by minority shareholders and management.

The company is registering is business address in Jåttåvågveien 7, Stadionblokk C, 4020 Stavanger. Ross encompasses close to 100 employees and more than 100 consultants. Turnover is about NOK 500 mll.
